hi, I'm Lauren.
I spent more than a decade inside the aesthetics industry learning what it actually takes to build, lead, and scale a successful business.
Along the way, I helped grow a med spa organization from roughly $1M to $30M in revenue, from one location to several, from 12 employees to a staff over 140; leading across marketing, operations, brand, team development, and growth.
I created ACE because I believe ambitious providers and owners deserve more than generic business advice. They deserve a strategic partner who understands this industry, sees the bigger picture, and isn't afraid to get in the weeds with them.
